LifelineIQ Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LifelineIQ handles customer, workforce, and patient-related information across the LifelineIQ web platform and the LifelineIQ mobile app, using role-based access, encryption, audit logging, and minimum-necessary handling.
Information we handle
LifelineIQ processes information needed to provide EMS revenue-cycle, operations, and administrative software. This may include account details, support communications, operational records, billing workflow data, and protected health information when customers use the platform for healthcare operations.
Mobile app data
The mobile app collects data only when you use the related feature and grant the corresponding permission. This can include location while the app is in use, photos you choose to attach, optional device contacts actions, device information, push tokens, and limited usage or diagnostic data. Biometric unlock is handled by the device operating system; LifelineIQ does not receive or store biometric data.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, secure accounts, support customers, operate integrations, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit records, and meet contractual and regulatory obligations. LifelineIQ does not use your information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Analytics and reliability telemetry
Optional product analytics are disabled unless you choose analytics cookies. Separately, LifelineIQ treats redacted exception telemetry as required reliability telemetry so we can diagnose broken pages, security-relevant failures, and service availability issues.
Data retention and deletion
LifelineIQ retains information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and to meet contractual, healthcare, and regulatory obligations. Protected health information is handled under the business associate agreement between LifelineIQ and your organization.
